With this recipe you can add any kind of Essential oil or scent you wish. I a wonderful way to lightly scent your body with your favorite Perfumed oil, you can relieve pain with Peppermint essential oil, or Lemon essential oil is my favorite and is a nice scent on a hot day. Read the notes below before starting
Prep time: 10 Min  Serves: 1 jar

1 c coconut oil
1 tsp vitamin e oil
OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS ONLY USE ONE
2-3 drops of any essential oil
2-3 drops of any fragrance oil
2-3 drops any infused flower or herb oil

1. Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Note: Do not melt the coconut oil first. It will only whip up if it’s solid. Mix on high speed with a wire whisk or beaters for 10 minutes or until whipped into a light, airy consistency. Spoon the whipped coconut oil body butter into a glass jar and cover tightly. Store at room temperature, or in the refrigerator if your house is so warm it melts the oil.
2. Note: Only use one of the optional choices or none of them. Whip longer if it seems to soft and keep in fridge if house is over 68 degrees.

A wonderful toothpaste

Wonderful toothpaste
1 1/2 C Coconut Oil
4 Tbs Baking Soda
1/2 C. Redmond Clay
1 Tbs Neem Oil
10 drops Eucalyptus Essential Oil
10 drops Clove Essential Oil
20 drops Sweet Orange Oil
20 drops Peppermint Oil
Gently melt about 1 1/2 cups of coconut oil in a small saucepan over the stove. Melting coconut oil in a microwave oven is not recommended, as it can get very, very hot. It does not take a lot of heat to melt the oil. As soon as 1/3 of the oil is melted, take off the heat and continue to stir, the rest will melt soon after.
Transfer the oil into a medium size bowl.
Baking Soda does not dissolve in oil, so just stir in until there are no lumps

Add 1 Tbs of Neem Oil. Stir well

add the 1/2 C. Redmond Clay

Stir until there are no lumps. A whisk makes this step easier.

Add the essential oils . Count your drops in, then stir. You can adjust your drops to your liking, but keep in mind that the clove oil is very strong, compared to the others.

Pour mixture into a lidded container.

Mixture will harden as it reaches room temp
Brush your teeth
