Cold and Flu Lotion bar
Lotion Bar's are a soap like bar that is a compressed moisturising lotion, which is rubbed directly onto the skin without water.
If you can not obtain coconut oil, then substitute it with apricot or other massage base oils.
1 tablespoon Beeswax
1 tablespoon Cocoa Butter
1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
1 tsp of Vicks Vapour Rub
Start by melting the ingredients together ( minus the vicks) using a cup in a microwave.(30 seconds at a time) Once all the ingredients are melted, add the vapor rub and stir through. Pour the mix into suitable mold.
Soap molds that are square and basic are great for these lotion bars as they are easy to hold on to.

Ache and pain massage blend
Sweet Marjoram – 20 drops
Cinnamon leaf – 15 drops
Lavender – 15 drops
Peppermint – 10 drops
Fractionated coconut oil – 2 ounces
Blend all together in a glass bottle . Use on any sore or painful muscle. Although this blend can be used on large areas, it is better used on a specific sore muscle group. If you want to use it on larger areas, you may need to dilute it further.
