After all that food here is some tummy relief

Stomach relief aroma therapy

½ cup almond oil
1 drop basil essential oil
1 drop sage essential oil
1 drop peppermint essential oil
1 drop myrrh essential oil

In a small finger bowl combine the oils well
Massage into the abdomen in a clockwise direction

Stomach relief tea

A remedy for a stomach upset or when your feeling nauseous. You'll feel much better quickly.

2 teaspoons camomile flowers
2 teaspoons meadowsweet
2 teaspoons peppermint leaves
3 cups water

Put ingredients in a pan and cover with the 3 cups of water.
Bring to a boil
Reduce heat and allow to brew (simmer) for 10 minutes
Strain into a mug and drink

You can also make as a gift in a jar by doing this

2 cups camomile flowers
2 cups meadowsweet
2 cups peppermint leaves
16 large press and seal tea bags

Mix everything together and fill each teabag with 2 tablespoons of mixed herbs. seal with a iron and place in a pretty decorated box with these directions.

Tummy Relief Tea
Place 1 teabag in a tea pot and fill with boiling water. allow to sit 5-10 minutes and serve. can add honey or sugar if wanted. but tastes great as is
