Foot Scrub

Dead sea salt and melaleuca oil both contain anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties to eliminate food odor and kill athlete's foot fungus. Peppermint extract increases circulation to the foot, leaving them feeling refreshed and less tired.

1/8 cup apricot kernel meal
1/8 cup castille soap
4 Tbls dead sea salt
4 Tbls cup Epsom salt
1 Tbls tea tree (meleleuca) oil
8 drops peppermint essential oil

Soak or wet feet and massage one or two tablespoons of this mixture onto feet several times per week. Massage each foot for several minutes, especially over roughened heels or calluses. Using this mixture regularly will slough dead skin and calluses.
