For the serious Sports nut

Pre sport Stress blend

* Rosemary 3 drops
* Lemon 4 drops
* Lavender 3 drops
* Chamomile 2 drops

Blend together and use 4 drops in the bath.

Sports massage oil

2 parts St. John's Wort
1 part Hops
1 part Arnica
1 part Mullein leaves
2 parts camphor oil or crystals
Essential Oil of Wintergreen

Add oil to cover the herbs, plus an inch or two more.
Prepare using any of the methods above.
Add the camphor oil or crystals, adding enough Wintergreen oil to create a strong, pungent odor.

Athletes foot bath

4 tablespoons vinegar
1 pint water
4 drops peppermint essential oil


Soak your feet in this solution for 20 minutes, three times a day. Vinegar
discourages fungal growth by increasing the surface acidity of the skin.
After soaking feet, apply undiluted tea tree oil, which has powerful
anti-fungal properties. Apply it to the affected area two to three times a
day. The best way to prevent athlete's foot is to keep your feet clean and
dry. Choose cotton socks over synthetic blends.
