Massage blends for cold, flu and stuffy nose recipes
Cold and flu blend
Keep this Aromatherapy blend on hand for colds and flu.
5 drops of Lavender
5 drops of Tea Tree
5 drops of Eucalyptus
Store in an amber or cobalt bottle. When ready to use blend 5 drops in a
teaspoon of vegetable oil. Rub over swollen glands and neck area.
May be applied once every hour.
Cold and Flu Resistance Massage Oil
This recipe is a massage oil for the flu season.
2 drops Lavender
1 drop Bergamot
2 teaspoons Massage Oil.
mix and use a a massage oil
Menthol creme massage
Use as a massage when you have a stuff nose or have a cold. also great for asthma suffers.
6 ounces of witch hazel
4 tablespoons lanloin
6 tablespoons of menthol
Mix together witch hazel and lanloin in a double boiler until creamy.
Remove from fire add menthol and cool in the refrigerator.
