Peppermint Lotion for Itching
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup rubbing alcohol
3-4 drops peppermint essential oil
Oil of eucalyputs can be used in place of peppermint,
if you prefer. Pour the water and alcohol into a bottle,
then add the oil. Cap and shake well. Apply to your skin
with a clean cloth.

Circulation blend
This mixture stimulates circulation.
1/8 tsp Eucalyptus Citriodora
1/8 tsp Lemon
1/8 tsp Cedarwood l
1/8 tsp Sage
1/8 tsp Cypress
1/8 tsp Niaouli
1/2 cup Hazelnut oil or other carrier oil
Mix together. Store in a dark glass bottle. Apply 2-3 times per days for 30 days

Neck wrap
This is helpful for a stiff neck or swollen glands.
2 drops Lavender essential oil
2 drops Bergamot essential oil
1 drop Tea Tree essential oil
2 Cups hot water
Mix together. While still warm, soak a soft cloth, flannel is best, in the water and wring it out.Wrap it around the neck. Cover with a towel to hold in the heat. Remove before it becomes cold.
Repeat as desired.

Migraine relief
Tests have shown Marjoram relaxes brain waves,
eases muscle spasms and is very effective for insomnia.
2 parts Marjoram EO
1 part Lavender EO
Try blending and infusing it into the air or place in a cotton ball and hold under nose.
You can make this into an inhaler for on the go times or as a gift to a friend who suffers from headaches.

Minty Foot Rub
Although this says it´s for the feet, you might enjoy it for a light hand lotion too! Add a little Grapefruit or Mandarin along with the Peppermint to give it a new exciting scent!
Massage lotion - 2 oz
Peppermint - 4 to 6 drops
Add the Peppermint oil to the massage lotion, mix and blend well. Then apply liberally to your feet and massage. Relax and put your feet up afterwards for several minutes!

Blood shot eye tea
This is a recipe for blood shot eyes.
Raspberry leaves
boiling water
Use raspberry leaves to make a tea and when cool, soak a piece of cotton and apply it to the eye.
