two cups Epsom Salt
3 drops eucalyptus essential oil
3 drops rosemary essential oil
Combine ingredients in a cup and mix lightly… When you have your bath 1/3 the way filled, pour the mix into the stream of the warmer water. Pour gently – not too fast!
Enjoy the bath – light a candle if you would like – turn off the lights and focus on feeling better. Meditation while enjoying the bath will help as well!!
