This blog is filled with lotions, oils, salves, beauty products, personal care products, bath products, cleaning products and just about anything you can make yourself, better and safer for your family. It is my way of making people aware of what is going "on and in" their own bodies, there by becoming healthier. The best thing we can give one another is our loving time. Please remember that with any new essential oil you try, there is a chance of allergies, so test first.

~ Birdseed Molds ~
Offer your thanks and gratitude to nature as you combine 2 cups of birdseed
and cup of honey. Whisk 3 egg whites thoroughly and add to the mix. Blend
well with your hands and firmly press into a wax paper–lined stainless steel
bowl, ring-mold, or cake pan. Loop one end of a large, heavy-duty rope,
making two extra knots at the other end. Press it into the mold. Be sure to
cover one end of the rope well with seed; press the entire mold tightly.
Take care to predict weight distribution. For full ring molds, it’s best to
lay the rope around the entire ring and leave excess for hanging; for bells
and bars, a single top loop with two or three knots in the string will hold
well. Cover the excess rope with tinfoil and place in a 200 degree F oven
until solid (about 60 to 90 minutes). Let cool and peel away wax paper. Hang
from a beloved tree.
