Nursing and Baby Balms



These are easy balms for use on those sore nipples or stretch mark areas. Then after birth these make wonderful balms for your babies bottom. They make wonderful gifts.

 Remember to test any new balm on the inside of your and the babies elbow and wait 24 hours to make sure there is no allergic reaction. You should do that with anything you put on your body, whether it is homemade or store bought.

BALM #1
- 3 Tbsp sweet oil infused with either plantain or violet
leaves
- 1 Tbsp jojoba oil
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp bees wax
               
BALM #2
- 1 Tbsp shea butter  
- 3 Tbsp cocoa butter
- 1 Tbsp jojoba oil
- 5 drops peppermint essential oil
                
BALM #3
- 3 Tbsp cocoa butter
- 2 Tbsp mango butter    
        
                                  
1. Balm #1 Put beeswax and the coconut oil in mic for 20 seconds and check, do this until it has melted (1-2 times) add the rest of the and stir well. put in a small jar and allow to cool completely before caping and labeling

2. Balm #2 Put shea butter and cocoa butter in the mic for 20 seconds until liquid, repeat if needed. Add the rest and mix well. put in a jar, cool, cap and label

3. Balm #3 Add mango butter and cocoa butter together and mic for 20 seconds, repeat if needed to melt. Mix well and put into a jar to cool, cap and label
